Capim Pimenta was born in Salvador, Bahia, from a family deeply connected to nature and the Brazilian biodiversity. We grew up alongside our father — one of the first suppliers of medicinal clay in Bahia — and our mother, who crafted natural soaps and creams for local stores.
With indigenous roots and daily contact with plants, extracts and the power of nature, a childhood conversation became a mission: create a 100% natural dermocosmetics brand that treats skin without harming the body or the planet.
